Employee Email Maintenance Notice

To increase our cybersecurity posture, we will be making configuration changes to the Employee email system (O365/Outlook) March 23rd, 2026 at 1:00pm EST.

What this means for you:
- No impact to employee email access/delivery is expected during/after the changes.
- No impact/changes to student email (mail.dccc.edu)
- After the configuration changes are made, employees should receive slightly less inbound phishing/spam email attempts.
- Employees may see more messages going to their Spam Quarantines.

If employees experience issues or do not receive emails that they expect, please contact the IT Support Center for assistance
