The Telecommunication Servers that control the calls to Telephones, Voice mailboxes and menu's need to be upgraded to the latest software release. The upgrade is necessary to keep the Servers up to date with all current manufacturer software patches and improve performance.

The upgrade has been scheduled for Friday July 10, 2020 from 8am to 4pm. Telephone calls may be interrupted for up to 5 minutes between 8am and 12pm and up to 5 minutes between 12pm and 4pm.
