In order to clear a license issue the Avaya Aura Messaging Server, that handles all voice mailbox messages for the College, needs to be rebooted. The reboot is expected to take between 5-10 minutes. While the server is rebooting new voice mails can still be left and retrieved. During the reboot old voice mails may not be retrievable. If you access your voice mailbox during the reboot you may receive a message that says "Services are Limited.

The reboot has been scheduled for Monday July 13th, 2020 from 10pm to 10:10pm. Voice Menu's will not be affected by this work.
